Metal Prints

I ordered from Metal Mouth prints a 5 x 7 of my daughter to use as a gift. I ordered the same from 2 other companys. MMP was by far the best in material, packaging, finish, image quality.

I tried a couple color 8X10's initially and loved them so for this project I sent in for 3 8X10's in B&W 1/2" backing and Glossy White for options. Truly blown away by rich black near perfect tone and awesome high quality finish. Just amazing The product looks like a real piece of art. As to cost very happy with value. Trying to save 5 or 10 bucks will not yield these results and the personal attention was excellent. Felt like family and was indeed treated accordingly. The prints were absolutely stunning. Great color and depth. I pleasantly surprised. I had seen many other aluminum prints, they could not hold a candle to these. Two of my prints were dark due to the dark backgrounds. They did not look impressive when I opened them in artificial light, but looked at near a window and natural light. WOW.

The FMK print I ordered is simply beautiful. MetalMouth does great work. Highly recommended.

You were able to manage a not so good picture, (the sharpness was a major issue}, to look outstanding. The quality of your product is second to none. I sent two average pics each shot on a smart phone but sharp and with good color. I requested White Glossy in 8X10 with 1/2" mount backing. The prints look better then I ever expected. Light but sturdy, rounded edges, colors that were lifelike and pop. Clarity is impressive. Packing was perfect and each print came with a pair of white gloves for handling. Very classy Ordering process was easy. I did have a question which was responded to within 2 hrs same day. Awesome service awesome product highly recommend. Just remember if you expect good results you must send good pictures. Garbage in garbage out that's on you.

I really like the quality of print and the materials used for Metal Mouth's products. The production of the prints I ordered and delivery to multiple addresses (including APO) was quick and efficient. The packaging was done well, so there were no damages in the shipping process. I am currently in the process of planning another order as I write this. The only area of improvement I would recommend is in the website (for making the ordering process a little bit more intuitive) and improvements to guiding customers how to better prepare for making prints on metal. I am new to ordering prints and my disappointments in this process were entirely due to my failure to fully understand how to prep a datafile for creating a physical print. Definitely, that's on me. However, I have not yet found guidance on the website as to how to ensure I have the right level of brightness in my image for the printing process and (at the time of this review) Metal Mouth has not responded to my inquiries on how I could fix the misunderstandings/lack of knowledge on my end (it has been a week and a half since I first contacted them with my questions). The quality of their work is so good, I am certainly willing to tolerate a slowness to respond to my inquiries but I won't order more from Metal Mouth until I know what I need to do to better match their settings, so I get a closer representation to the image that I expect. Their work is definitely worth the investment but I need to ensure that my own quality of work is worth the money, as well. I am still hoping that Metal Mouth will help me to better understand the process.
