Picture was darker than expected
I was disappointed that the picture came out darker than my print. It was only slightly darker but for this picture that makes a big difference.

Dark darks for a night sky
Ben called me to clarify positioning of the print, since the dimensions were different. He was professional and the print made it on time. The print was of a night sky, so I was concerned about the blacks - but everything came out nicely.
